RentNice.com is offering Rental Ads for $.99

For a limited time, RentNice.com is offering 30-day house rental ads for as low as 99 cents, and Supreme Ads for 2.99. We are doing this as a test to see what will happen in the market when we offer these super low rates. We considered free ads, but asking for 99 cents does filter out most of the online scammers that you see so often on Craiglist and other free sites. Again, this is for a limtied time, so tell your friends and place your ad for home Rentals now.

House Rentals Ad List

Just a quick list of things that most landlords forget when marketing homes for rent:

1. Use a new fresh coat of paint. It's cheap.

2. Landscape your lot. Use inexpensive plants. And mow the lawn.

3. Clean carpets and flooring. Any dirty floors will deter renters.

4. Advertise your house rentals on reputable rental ad sites, like RentNice.com and Rentals.com

5. Post rental signs in the front lawn and at cross streets.
